Executive Roundtables

The Supply Chain Expo will host a curated series of closed-door executive roundtables, co-located with the four flagship conferences. These roundtables are designed to enable deep, peer-level dialogue on critical supply chain challenges and emerging decision dilemmas.

Each roundtable brings together CXOs, functional heads, and domain leaders in an off-the-record format, focused on experience sharing, problem framing, and practical insights rather than presentations or sales pitches.

Participation is by invitation or nomination only, ensuring high relevance and quality of discussion.

Themes

The Roundtables are a way to explore specific themes that are not covered in the bigger conferences in a more intimate setting, with a specially curated set of 10 to 12 CXOs from organizations that are of special interest.

Some of the themes can be:

  • Synchronizing production planning with volatile demand
  • Operational excellence beyond lean: reliability, flexibility, and uptime
  • Aligning finance and supply chain metrics for decision-making
  • The role of data and analytics in supply chain finance governance
  • Decision intelligence vs. dashboarding
  • AI, automation, and digital twins—where value is actually realized
  • Designing fulfillment networks for speed, cost, and flexibility
  • Last-mile economics and service-level trade-offs
  • Scaling logistics capabilities during demand spikes

The structure of the roundtable will be co-developed based on the specific areas of interest to the participants and the backers.
